1.进行微囊剂型的研发，满足质量、法规、成本、功效、环境及安全的需求
Develop requested formulation to meet quality,regulation,cost,efficacy,environments and safety needs;
2.优化现有的产品类型，尽可能满足公司和市场增长的需求
Optimize existing products’ value to meet company and marketing growth needs;
3.根据剂型开发流程收集所有数据并形成技术文件，进行产品数据管理以保证记录的可追溯性
Collect all formulation development process data to form the technical documents and operate PDM to assure the records traceability;
4.积累现有技术与工艺形成专有技术并进行专利创造
Accumulate existing technology to form know-how and create innovated patents.
任职要求：
1.硕士及以上学历,化学、制药、高分子材料等相关专业
Master degree or above, major in chemical,pharmaceutical,polymers or related disciplines;
2.具有3年以上农化，涂料，日化行业制剂研发工作经验
With 3 years experiences of formulation development in agrochemical, painting or commodity chemistry industries;
3.拥有积极，开放创新的思维态度以及良好的英文运用能力
Positive, open mind, innovative;fluency in spoken and written English;
