职位描述:
Brand strategic planning to achieve the company business target
2. Understand the industrial trends and the market needs, ensure a market driven product offering
3. Plan the product ranges, phase in and phase out plan
4. inventory analysis and management
5. Establish competitive and profitable pricing models
6. Define the channel strategy, work closely with sales team for the channel /customer development
7. Ensure the existence and support of product distribution
8. National promotion planning and support of execution
任职要求:
Bachelor degree with Sales, Marketing background;
• At least 3 years solid experience from the retail industry;
• Excellent market connection and in depth understanding of retail local consumer market;
• Has preferably experience with multi-brands, or other quality fashion related products;
• Strong relating skills for building trustful partnership with internal and external business partners
