Design and initiate experiments for in vitro and in vivo target identification/validation
Complete preclinical characterization (including MOA) of first-in-class drug candidates
Support Investigational New Drug (IND) filings
Manage external CROs

任职要求：

Ph.D. degree in immunology, genetics, molecular and cell biology, or related Field
Highly productive in a lab setting
Experience in innate or adaptive immunity and inflammation is a plus
